This rental is pet friendly with a $30 monthly fee per pet. Limited to 2 pets. Pet deposit is required. A refundable security deposit is required along with first month rent at lease signing. 1. Cable, internet, water, sewer, and garbage included in base rental fee. 2. Electricity may be included in base rent for $100 monthly. That is the average monthly charge across one year. Tenant may avoid this added charge by setting up their own FPL account. 3. If tenant wants condo full furnished, there is a $400 month add-on fee for use of furnishings, including bed/bath linens and kitchen essentials. 4. Use of community amenities except boat slip in marina is included in the base rent. 5. Boat slip rental may or may not be available. 6. Up to 2 pets (50lbs or less) are allowed, and there is a pet charge of $30/pet /month. 7. There is a $250 cleaning fee to be subtracted from required $2000 security deposit. 8. Long term rental is desired term lease. Base rent will be adjusted if less than 10 months. 9. If the rental term desired is less than 6 months county and state taxes will be added to the base rent. That is 7% for state and 6% for county.
