This is a one room efficiency/dorm style unit. It has a bathroom with shower. The units are small, but the location is excellent, directly across from Carrabba's and Lowe's. The complex is safe and our small group of hard working tenants are all like family. Looking for a good tenant who will fit in with our peaceful community. - 1 Person Maximim Occupancy - No Pets - No Exceptions - 1 Vehicle Maximum - Internet Included - Water Included (Well, Softened) - Tenant will be responsible for 30% of the electric bill. Electric will remain in owners name and billed to tenant monthly. - Wi-Fi Included - Bring Your Own Subscription TV Service (Cable Not Available) - 6 Month Minimum Lease - Move In Cost: $55 Application Fee + First Month + Last Month + 1 month security = $2,905 *Units in this complex do not have stoves. Tenants may bring their own air fryer, microwave and/or hot plate. Grills may be used in open areas, not under eaves of buildings.
