This studio is at the back of the gate community. There are 4 units in the complex. The studio is all tile floors, has AC, and has a private gated yard. Tenants must turn on electricity in their names and are responsible for that bill. Water, sewer, and trash service is a shared cost by all of the tenants in the complex. It is based off of the number of occupants in each unit and pro-rated. All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application. $60.00 per application. We require 2.5 times the rent in gross monthly income, no evictions in the last 3 years, and no judgements. *Bonus Amenity Included* - A portion of resident's total monthly amount due will be used to have HVAC filters regularly delivered to their doorstep under the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program.
