This tenant is responsible for a portion of the water/sewer/trash bill each month that amounts to $75.

Pets on case by case basis with additional pet rent/deposit.
Additional Info:
$75/mo additional covers water/sewer/trash utilities. Lessee agrees to carry a Renters Insurance Policy or Limit of Liability Policy for the duration of the lease. Between the months of October to February we require an 15 month lease to avoid vacancy in those months.
