This is a two bedroom one bath duplex located in Roseburg. The kitchen provides a range, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The unit also features a one car garage, yard and washer/dryer hook-ups. Tenant pays all utilities. Availability date is an estimate only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the agent. Renters insurance is required by every tenant.
