-BYU Womens' shared contract -Must be a BYU student -Shared room in a 4-bedroom house -2 bathrooms -Close to Campus -5 roommates -Washer/Dryer provided -2 living rooms -Utilities are charged at a flat rate -Internet is provided by the owner A minimum credit score of 600 or have co-signer Must be a current Student at BYU or Ensign College and provide a current student ID Card or number Must have an income of 3 times the rent amount or have co-signer No open or pending or recent bankruptcy Good previous landlord reference for at least the last 12 months Stable permanent employment or verifiable income No evictions within the last 8 years Criminal background will be checked The security deposit will be equal to one month's rent +$100 non-refundable lease initiation fee *optional Rent Reporting Service for $10/month No Smokers No Pets Our company does not accept cash payments to view properties and does not collect deposits or other funds prior to the completion of an application and screening process.
