Available 12-1-2025 Fawn Lake Lane Unit 6 w/2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. It is located about 5 minutes outside the town of Fork Union on Route 6. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The Laundry Room is in the basement and is shared with other units. The tenant is responsible for obtaining electricity. Water, sewer, yard maintenance, & trash are included in rent. One cat will be considered with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 and a 150.00 dollars non-refundable pet fee. A security deposit of $1,800.00 will be due at lease signing. Photos/video are of similar units. Video walk though tour is located on our website. After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant. We do ask for the following requirements from all of our tenants: (1) A credit score of at least 620 (no accounts in collections), (2) verifiable employment and/or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount, (3) positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example; eviction or court cases with landlord) or a positive mortgage history. All applicants are subject to a state and federal criminal background check.
