The back entrance opens directly into the kitchen, where a brand new oven will be installed soon (not yet pictured - electric oven). From the kitchen a short hallway leads you to the living room. To the right is the full bathroom. Closets and cabinets throughout the space allow for storage in every room. A maximum of 2 pets are negotiable - cats and small dogs (30 lbs or less) welcome! Vet records required. Rental Criteria: Income Requirement: Gross income must be 2.5x3x the monthly rent amount, or 2.5x3x your portion of rent. Credit Score: A minimum credit score of 600 from at least one applicant (or a qualified cosigner). Credit & Background Check: All applicants over the age of 18 will be screened with a credit and background check. Formal Rental History - at least 1 year (or a qualified cosigner).
