There is a monthly pet rent of $25 under 25lbs and $35 for over 25lbs. There is also a pet fee of $300 under 25lbs and $500 for over 25lbs. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy. If your dog is larger than 25 lbs. please select OTHER as the pet type. Dogs under 25 lbs., you can select DOG.
