This unit is All Bills Paid - including basic cable, electric, and water - for $550.00 per month. If you choose to pay electric, rent is $450.00 per month. No smoking allowed. A small dog (under 15 pounds) is allowed with an additional, non-refundable pet deposit of $250. 6 Month lease required. *There is a $30.00 nonrefundable application fee per applicant. Each applicant 18+ years must apply separately and be approved.
