Creekside Townhomes

Creekside Townhomes is brand new in Eagle Lake, MN. We currently have a couple types of two-bedroom units opening up for the lease for March. In the future, we'll have three-bedrooms available, too! We offer both single-level and bi-level units, both with private balconies or patio areas. We offer in-unit laundry, off-street parking, ceiling fans, large closets, window coverings, A/C, and will have garages available for an additional fee in the near future. Up to two pets per month are welcome with a $600 for the first pet and $300 for the second. Rent includes trash, recycling, and internet. Residents are responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewer. A security deposit of $50 per adult and a security deposit equal to one month of rent are due with the completed application.
