Water/Sewer & Electrical Hookups Metered billback for water/sewer usage each month Basic garbage included - all extra bags will be charged back to tenant. Maximum of 2 additional vehicles. Breed restrictions apply. All animals must be approved by management and must be spayed/neutered. Additional security deposit of $250.00 per animal. Maximum of 2 dogs/2cats. Unit amenities -- Creswell Mobile Home Park welcomes Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, Motor Home Space for your convenience! The park offers On-site Coin Op Laundry, Playground, dog park and convenience store. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $45.00 application fee per adult applicant. Details: Rental Terms: Month To Month Rent: $800.00 for RV Space Rent Water/Sewer billed back to residents monthly. Tenants pay own electric service. Security Deposit Start at (Can Be increased depending on screening criteria): $1500.00 Due within 48 hours of approval. Failure to submit the full security deposit within 48 hours will result in the subject property being reactivated and advertised to locate another approved applicant.
