It has two full bathrooms, a private backyard patio, an attached single-car garage with laundry hook-ups, central heating and air, a gas range, and a dishwasher. Located in the Desert Knolls community of Apple Valley, this apartment is close to everything the town has to offer. Our apartments are month-to-month so you can stay as long as you like. Pet dog or cat welcome with an extra $200 deposit and $25 monthly pet rent each pet. The property owner pays for water, sewer and trash utilities - tenants responsible for electricity and gas.
