Welcome to 802 Dickinson Apartments, where comfort meets convenience in a great Ames location! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features in-unit laundry, spacious decks or patios, and includes a gym membership to Ames Fitness that makes everyday living easy and enjoyable.
Tenants are responsible for electricity & water through the City of Ames and gas through Alliant Energy. We cover internet, garbage, and two parking spots per unitproviding both comfort and convenience.
Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $250 pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in, and one pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management.
When applying, please note that each tenant who plans to reside in the unit must submit their own application, and all applications must be submitted together. Units are not secured until all applications have been approved and the lease has been signed.
