Oak Knoll Complex

Oak Knoll Complex is situated on approximately 4 acres of land. There are two buildings (12 apartments in each) located on the property. There is a large yard that separates the two buildings which includes a small playground for children. The apartments are approximately 850-900 square feet. All apartments include two bedrooms, A/C, refrigerator and stove/oven. There is a laundry room on each floor. Each apartment building is quiet, safe and secure. The apartments have been updated over the years (i.e. new flooring, new appliances, etc.) and are very clean and well maintained. All apartments in each of the buildings are smoke-free.
